Personal Data We Process
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number and country code.
- Health data: information about your symptoms, condition, height, reports and images that you choose to share.
- Request data: the topic of your enquiry, your messages and your contact preferences.
- Transaction and marketing data: the page from which you contacted us and campaign information from the link you arrived from.
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your enquiries and requests;
- medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up;
- organising appointments and, at your request, travel and accommodation;
- providing information materials you request;
- measuring and improving our website and communication activities;
- fulfilling our legal obligations as a healthcare provider.
Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on this website, by email and by WhatsApp, and in person at the clinic. It is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including your explicit consent, the need to process data for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests. Health data is processed under Article 6 of the KVKK with your explicit consent or, for medical diagnosis and treatment, by persons under a duty of confidentiality.
Transfer of Personal Data
Where necessary for the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to hospitals, imaging centres and other healthcare providers involved in your treatment, to accommodation and transfer providers at your request, to our website hosting and email service providers, and to authorised public institutions when required by law. Transfers abroad, including to service providers whose servers are located outside Türkiye, are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your Rights Under Article 11
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7;
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred;
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You can send your request in writing to the address above, or by email to info@drmesutsancmis.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, unless the response requires an additional cost as set out in the legislation.
