Legal Bases
Depending on the purpose, we rely on your consent, on the need to take steps at your request before providing treatment, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our practice, and on our legal obligations. Where the UK GDPR or the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, these are the corresponding legal bases under Articles 6 and 9. In Türkiye, we process personal data in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (see our KVKK Information Notice).

We do not sell your personal information.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending more health information by message than you need to.
Children
Enquiries about children's orthopaedic care should be made by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child's information on their behalf.
